Free Delivery Explained
We offer free next working day delivery to mainland UK with all purchases over £300.
This can be one item that costs £300+ or a combination of smaller value items. Unlike
at lot of other companies who advertise a price and then charge you extra for delivery
at the checkout, we’re clear about it.
Our free delivery service is the same as our regular next working day service. So
if you order on a Monday by 1pm, you’ll have your order by Tuesday. In some extreme
circumstances we may have too many items to courier and it may take an extra day.
If this is the case we will always let you know in advance!
For our customers who need delivery outside of mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands),
or where there might be a premium delivery rate for another reason, we will do our
best to absorb the cost of delivery as much as possible. In most cases we will deduct
the rate of delivery that we cover for Mainland UK purchases and charge you the
difference. For example: If you purchase a drum kit and your delivery costs to The
Isle of Man total £24, we will subtract £9.50 (this is how much it costs us to send
a kit to Mainland UK) and charge you for £14.50. We would always advise getting
in touch with us if you need delivery outside of Mainland UK, and we’ll find the
most competitive quote we can so as to keep you cost down. For more information

If you’re ordering in a substantial quantity from a non-mainland UK location, we
may still be able to offer free delivery. We’ve done this many times for our corporate
and educational clients as well as those affiliated to community bands. For example,
we recently supplied The National Concert Hall in Dublin with a large order, which
we delivered free of charge by negotiation. We also regularly supply a number of
marching, samba, pipe and African ensembles across the UK, who benefit from free
delivery on bulk orders. At the end of the day we want to help you to get the best
value package, including; products, service, delivery and after sales support, because
we value your custom enormously.
Delivery Outside of Mainland UK
If you are considering ordering from us and requesting delivery outside of Mainland
UK (see a list below for specific areas), we would always recommend getting in touch
with us directly to ask for a quote for delivery. We can often deliver smaller products
more cost effectively by Royal Mail, or, as explained above, we can occasionally
subsidise the premium cost of delivery for orders over £300.
We use a number of courier services to try and get the best value for you. If you
think that you can find a more economical method of delivery, you are most welcome
to let us know and we’ll work with you.
