You guys at Newcastle Drum centre have excelled and left me with an awesome gratitude toward your customer service.
When i came in just after Christmas i was shown around all the kits, had a brief demo of what the one i was interested in, had a demonstration of all the cymbals i was interested in, even worked out a good deal for me at the end of the day. (forgive me for remembering the name of the dude who went out of his way...you know who you are)

I was advised that the Ddrum hardware isnt renowned for it quality but i took it anyway (thank you for the honesty) and when, after the 1st play, the boom stand arm snapped, you guys changed it for me straight away without having to send it off and wait for the warrenty to deal with it.
When the bass drum was too big for the case i bought, you guys ordered me a case that would fit and posted it to me (which i received this morning), it fits a treat.

I will be back up in a few days to pick up a china cymbal or two so i thought i'd send this 'thanks' in an email as it would sound gay me ranting this in the shop.

Thanks for the brilliant, friendly and efficient service (delivery as promised despite the snow). My six-year-old son Owen spent all his savings on and is loving the Mapex Tornado (fusion) kit. He was totally amazed to have won the Sabian splash cymbal in the raffle; it sounds fantastic!

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Ben for his help with my recent order, when I urgently needed to get hold of a djembe for a last minute gig.

Ben not only returned my calls exactly when he said he would (increasingly rare these days), but he managed to get a Remo djembe from the distributors in Belgium, to your shop, and then to me in London, in 4 working days, despite having the easter holidays to contend with. The icing on the cake was that the djembe was also significantly cheaper from you than anywhere else.

Ben's efforts meant that I was able to spend a few hours with the djembe before the gig, which was quite crucial, as I'd never played one before!! The gig went really well (we got some more work out of it), and everyone loved the Remo.

I can't thank and recommend you highly enough. Absolutely brilliant!
