We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and impartial, quality advice. We are of course primarily a store, but we're also proud of our strong links to education. We have three professional tutors who work from the store and we work closely with local and national Music Services, Schools and Community Bands on a regular basis. We are pleased to help out festivals and other community projects whenever possible, both in the North East and beyond because, at the end of the day, our Drum Centre can only benefit from helping out where we can.
At the Newcastle Drum Centre, we'd always rather see you satisfied with the service and products you get from us because we know that the happier you are with what we offer, the more likely you are to come back next time. You’re always welcome to ask us any drum-related question, whether it's advice on a product, if you want to know how to do something or if you're unsure about a product and need some advice, we're always just a phone call or e-mail away.
