Yamaha have combined their expertise in acoustic drums with their latest digital sound technology to create the new Yamaha DTX900 Series Electronic Drum System featuring the new DTX-PAD with Textured Cellular Silicone head.

The Yamaha DTX-950K is a 6 Piece drum set featuring the new DTX-PADS with:

1 x 12" Snare Pad
2 x 10" Tom Pads
2 x 12" Tom Pads
1 x 12" Kick Pad

Like the Yamaha DTX900K the cymbal pads the DTX950K features are:

1 x 15" Cymbal Pad
2 x 13" Cymbal Pads
1 x 13" Hi Hat Pad (controlled using a real hi hat stand)

These pads are mounted on the Hexrack which was riginally developed for Yamaha acoustic drums. The innovative design provides and stable, portable and expandable platform for the DTX950K.
