The Mapex Saturn V Tour Edition 3 Piece Shell Pack is a new twist on the same old classic Saturn range. The Saturn V Tour Edition Shell Pack boasts a lot of the same fantastic qualities such as distinctive sound due to the hybrid shell and classic design. The Mapex Saturn V Tour allows working drummers the quality they deserve whilst giving them the functionality they need, not only that the shell pack is available in a selection of finishes, from Black Strata Pearl to Vintage Sparkle, Black Pearl to White Marine Pearl each finish is wrapped to perfection and is ready to hit the road. 

Constructed using a hybrid blend of Maple and Walnut, the Saturn V Tour is capable of a strong attack as well as delivering a modern performance with all purpose sounds paired with equal amounts of mid-high tones. It delivers the distinctive sound that Saturn kits are known and loved for. Designed with a gigging drummer in mind that turns to their kit everyday, Mapex have designed the Saturn V Tour Shell Pack to be neatly compact, giving drummers the opportunity to assemble their gear with little to no hassle and giving them equally as much choice to expand their shell pack by adding more drums. Mapex's revolutionary SONIClear™ bearing edges undoubtedly streamline the tuning process and allow the contact between the edge and head of the drum to be increased, this makes for a sound much more recognisable and definitive, allowing players to achieve great sound quickly. Bass drum spurs and claw hooks are included within this shell pack and have a main purpose of protecting the hoop from damage during extensive drumming sessions.
