Pro-Mark by D'Addario bring you a brand new series of drumsticks fresh for summer and it's name is FireGrain. FireGrain drumsticks aren't just any old drumsticks, oh no... they retain all the qualities we know and love but with one major enhancement, heat-tempering! The FireGrain drumsticks have a hickory hardwood base which in itself is a versatile material that is renowned for providing extra rebound and being extremely durable, add a touch of heat-tempering and all of these qualities are intensified ten fold! The FireGrain process sees the sticks placed under flames to reduce moisture and strengthen the core of the hickory, this in turn increases precision and durability.
Designed and manufactured in the USA, the FireGrain drumsticks are a classic 2B size which are 16" length with a diameter of 0.630", ideal for use within a marching and concert band setting, as well as being a classically versatile size! The hickory hardwood base is incredibly long lasting and hard wearing. As well as being super durable, the hickory provides extra rebound when you need it the most! The oval wood tips typically produce a large and diverse range of sound, whilst it's wooden base provides a full, warm and undeniably rich range of sound. FireGrain has a heat you can't deny, creates a smoke so captivating you can't help but dive into the flames and allow FireGrain to be a part of your playing experience time and time again!
