Natal Cafe Racer Acoustic Drum Kit - NEW 2018 Finishes

Natal Drums introduce the Cafe Racer range of drum kits which are mouthwateringly tempting! If they were a car we'd drive them off into the sunset, but because they're drum kits we'll sit and drool over them for a decent length of time and then we'll play the heck out of those drums like there's no tomorrow! 

What makes the Cafe Racer series of drums so undeniably attractive is the stunningly flawless lacquer finishes that coat the tulip wood shell, inspired by classic vintage cars the finishes have that level of class and quality you expect from the creme de la creme of drums. Some new and exciting finishes have recently been released at The NAMM Show 2018 and boy are they striking! They take the classic need for speed, Cafe Racer ethos to that next level! The three new finishes introduced to the series were as follows, Tulip Wood Veneer, Green Sparkle with Black Sparkle Double Split and Piano White with Black Sparkle Double Split. These new finishes still retain that classic, stylish vibe but with a heightened level of finesse. Each Natal shell pack features a Natal Sun logo drum badge and the Cafe Racer Series feature Natal high mass chrome plated zinc sun lugs which rounds off the shell pack perfectly.

The tulip wood shells produce a super distinctive sound and are a soft wood that has been used repeatedly on vintage drums, most notably by American companies during the 1950's and 1960's. This is mind it is no wonder Natal chose this diverse wood type for their Cafe Racer range of drums. The tulip shell produces dry and definitive sounds that can perform anywhere and we mean anywhere. In terms of features all shell packs have professional quality components including, Tru-Tune Tension Rods, NRM Aluminium Ball Tom Mounting System and hardwearing telescopic bass drum spurs.
