These cymbals from Paiste are part of the Giant Beat Seriesn which were developed during the 1960’s rapid expansion of popular music, and now they were faithfully recreated and re-launched by Paiste in 2005. The Giant Beat cymbals feature a mellow, warm, yet brilliant sound along a medium range and fairly clean mix. They also provide a warm, light and woody open sound, paired with a well defined, soft chick-sound which makes them ideally suited for multi-purpose application in different musical genres.
